The policies and procedures by which 3P Garage operates.

We do our best to provide as much information as possible about parts prior to being purchased. If you would like to know something, feel free to ask. Additional photos of any item can be provided as well.
We will post parts to anywhere within Australia provided that the cost of postage and handling is paid as part of the order. All parts will be sent with some form of tracking (registered post, courier, etc) for peace of mind for both buyer and seller. There are no exceptions to this. We usually use Australia Post for smaller items and E-Go for larger items.
Parts cannot be taken away before full payment is made. Parts will not be posted before full payment has cleared in our account.
Parts can be held for pickup in-store when you have notified us that you are on your way with an approximate estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Parts can be held for packaging and delivery until 5pm (AEST) of the calendar day after the day the invoice is issued.
Parts can be held longer (up to one calendar month at the longest) by arrangement if a deposit (minimum of 10% – non-refundable) is paid when the order is placed. An invoice will be issued with a due date for these arrangements.
Parts that require removal and inspection can be held for up to 24 hours after being notified that they are ready to go.
Payment can be made in-store by cash or EFTPOS (debit card or credit card).
Payment can be made off-site by bank transfer, bank deposit at a branch, credit card over the phone or PayPal (additional fees will be charged for payment via PayPal).
Choose wisely as all deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
A 3 month/100km (whichever passes first) limited warranty is given on all second hand parts covering up to the cost of the part(s) only. Some inspection and testing is done beforehand and this information can be provided prior to making a purchase. More detailed warranty information is included on our invoices.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds will usually not be given outside of an acceptable warranty claim. Requests for refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong part will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if accepted. Arrangements can be made before purchasing parts for situations such as test fitting.
